Our vision
Discover Cohélio's origins
Cohélio was born out of my experience with major companies such as Safran and Airbus, where my mission was to dynamize teams and deploy ambassador programs to engage employees.
To do this, I developed team games (digital and physical) in line with the company’s strategy. I then trained employees to become internal ambassadors capable of leading and conducting awareness-raising actions within their teams. These ambassadors are then tasked with facilitating the games and activities created to strengthen ties and tackle strategic themes in a fun way.
With this experience, I launched Cohélio to provide a complete program, including gamified tools, challenges and customized games that enable internal ambassadors to effectively lead awareness-raising actions tailored to each company’s strategic priorities.

Our offices are also located in the Tour Maine Montparnasse, 33 Av. du Maine, 75015 Paris. We can welcome your employees for face-to-face training sessions.
